  91.      As used in this Agreement, the terms "BillPower" , "TickleX", "LitigeX", 
  92. "MOE", and "Nifty", if not followed by a series or version designation, mean 
  93. any version or series of BillPower, BillPower Plus, TickleX, LitigeX, MOE, or 
  94. Nifty provided to you now or in the future.
  95.      Your  attempt to use BillPower, TickleX, LitigeX, MOE, or Nifty consti-
  96. tutes your  acceptance of the terms set forth in the foregoing LICENSE and DIS-
  97. CLAIMER (which are incorporated  into this Agreement).  Your attempt to use 
  98. BillPower,  TickleX, LitigeX, MOE, or Nifty also constitutes your agreement 
  99. that if you bring any legal action  relating to BillPower, TickleX, LitigeX, 
  100. MOE, or Nifty, 1) your sole remedy for the damages for which any defendant is 
  101. found liable (including direct, indirect, incidental and consequential damages) 
  102. will be the recovery of whatever you paid to register as a  user of the prog-
  103. ram, and 2) you will pay the defendants' attorneys fees  and other legal costs.
  104.      The  terms of this agreement are governed by Georgia law.  If any of  this 
  105. Agreement's  terms shall be held invalid to any extent, the remainder  of  this 
  106. Agreement shall be unaffected by such invalidity.
  107.      THE ABOVE PARAGRAPHS CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND INTE-
  108. GRA.  NO ORAL OR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION, INFORMATION, OR ADVICE FROM ANY  SOURCE 
  109. MAY ALTER THE AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
  110.         SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR OF  LI-
  111. ABILITY  FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE  ABOVE  EXCLU-
  112. SIONS  AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  YOU MAY HAVE OTHER  RIGHTS  WHICH 
  113. MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
